Customer Support Analyst
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as an Social Media Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Content Creation:
- Assist in creating original, engaging content for social media platforms, including text posts, graphics, videos, and other multimedia formats.
- Collaborate with the social media team to brainstorm and develop content ideas and concepts.
- Social Media Management:
- Schedule and publish posts on various social media channels, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and branding.
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly and professionally.
- Community Engagement:
- Engage with followers and fans by liking, commenting, and sharing relevant content.
- Foster positive relationships with the online community and build brand loyalty through active engagement.
Customer Support Analyst
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing social media metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Compile data and prepare reports to track performance and identify trends and insights.
- Research and Trend Analysis:
- Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and platform updates.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content strategies.
Qualifications
Customer Support Analyst
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights)
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
