Full Job Description:

Through leading and motivating a group of Brand Advisors (BA) and frontline specialists (60-70 employees), the Customer Experience Manager (CEM) is accountable for providing high-quality customer service. The effective up-and-comer should be congenial, adaptable and apparent with a capacity to mentor and construct high performing groups. The Engagement Center Manager (ECM) will be in charge of this position.

• Coaches BAs to foster abilities and capacities.
• Works with BAs to create and execute Individual Advancement Activity Plans, reflecting Ontrack aim
• Trains and coaches BAs to draw in with representatives in a comprehensive way
