Full Job Description:
Through leading and motivating a group of Brand Advisors (BA) and frontline specialists (60-70 employees), the Customer Experience Manager (CEM) is accountable for providing high-quality customer service. The ideal candidate must be approachable, adaptable, and visible, as well as capable of coaching and developing teams with high performance. The Engagement Center Manager (ECM) will be in charge of this position.
- The following is a list of responsibilities, but not all of them:
Captivate Potential:
- assists BAs in developing their capabilities and competencies.
Creates an environment that is inclusive of diverse thoughts and perspectives from all levels of employees Recognizes business level performance and drives teams to achieve their goals Ensures frontline employee perspectives are included in developing team level recognition programs Ensures the business unit(s) is a fun place to work Go Beyond:
- demonstrates safety leadership in all of their day-to-day interactions, meetings, and events; works with execution of wellbeing drives in the CEC
- Mentors and coaches BAs to show morals, consistency and respectability in the association
- Responsible for execution measurements in doled out business unit(s)
- Shows deliberate acknowledgment to celebrate group targets for the doled out business unit(s)
- Liable for advocating arrangements produced from the Constant Improvement (CI) program
- Drives execution of alternate courses of action for IROPs or other functional difficulties
- Makes stretch objectives for the business unit(s) and BAs that guarantee they continue to climb
Associate:
Maintains an open line of communication between specialists and all levels of management in the center, demonstrates how we treat employees with respect and empathy, and ensures BAs are addressing specialists with empathy through intentional observations and coaching Highlights how business unit(s) achievements impact the entire operation, division, and company with a sense of pride and feeling valued. Responsible for developing a communication strategy for initiatives and messages that impact assigned business unit(s). Responsible for creating and delivering the majority of content and communications in monthly team meetings.
- Ensures that specialists from the business unit(s) are represented in corporate events, listening tours, focus groups, and divisional sponsored events.
- Consistently communicates how local decisions and actions need to be aligned with what is best for DL. Speaks to individual and corporate priorities regarding the impact of reliability and potential needs for OT/DT that encourages commitment, accountability, and participation from employees.
- Champions Continuous Improvement and leads the team through change management as the division evolves.
