As an Experienced Customer Experience Professional here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering exceptional experiences throughout the customer journey. You will play a critical role in understanding customer needs, identifying pain points, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience. Your expertise and commitment to excellence will contribute to the success and growth of our Aerospace Technologies (AERO) business unit.

You will report directly to our Customer Experience Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule Fridays through Mondays.

In this role, you will impact the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers by implementing customer-centric strategies and initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services that meet customer expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand customer needs and pain points to identify areas for improvement in the customer experience

• Develop and implement customer experience strategies and initiatives

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services

• Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to drive continuous improvement

• Implement customer-centric processes and systems to enhance the overall customer experience

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer experience or a related role

• Strong understanding of customer experience principles and best practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

• Experience in the aerospace industry or a similar technical field

• Certification in customer experience or related areas
