Wholesale bag and cap company is seeking a goal-oriented, energetic individual to become a key team member in its customer service dept. The position will help in processing sales orders, providing support for customers by phone and email.

Duties and Responsibilities:

– Maintain emails and calls

— Handle Customer related calls

– Processing and following through with orders

– Ensure shipment processing

– Create and maintain relationships with customers and staff

– Interact with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills

– Problem solving skills

– Excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year Customer Service Experience

– MS Office knowledge

– High School Diploma or GED equivalent

– English required.
