Opportunity to join an exciting fiber broadband start-up in the Dallas Fort Worth area. The individual will play a critical role in the team, effectively operating as the conductor of the orchestra! The role itself touches a number of different areas (we don’t believe in putting people in boxes!), including customer operations, customer experience & installation scheduling. Making sure we deliver on our customer promise, ensuring we “own it” when we get things wrong and playing a key part in contributing to the development of our team culture, our commitment to excellence and our core values are all key requirements. Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Manage the dispatching of field techs for installations and repairs
  • Entering data necessary to the completion of the work order (i.e., equipment inventory numbers, arrival / completion times).
  • Monitoring technician work progress vs. scheduled appointment windows.
  • Collaborate internally with stakeholders to relay identified product improvements based on inbound inquiries

Qualifications & experience

  • Preferred bachelors degree, however not mandatory
  • Past experience working in a call center / customer service representative
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups
  • Proven track record of planning and executing on procedures and processes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and initiative
