Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Rockwell Automation is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be resilient and adaptable, with strong attention to detail and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:

– Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in-person

– Provide information about products and services

– Process orders, returns, and exchanges

– Maintain customer records and documentation

– Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

– Stay current on product knowledge and company policies

– Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner

– Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

– 1 year of customer service experience – Excellent communication skills – Strong problem-solving abilities – Attention to detail and accuracy – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment – Resilient and adaptable to changing priorities – Decision-making skills – Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite – High school diploma or equivalent
