Assistant Warehouse Manager
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the receiving and distribution of products and services essential for company operation. Assists the Warehouse Purchasing Manager to find cost effective operating methods and procedures.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Directly responsible for the receiving of products from park vendors & suppliers for multiple park departments
- Directly responsible for coordinating and distributing products and supplies to amusement park departments including, but not limited to, Food & Beverage, Retail & Catering.
- Coordinates, directs and processes monthly physical inventories for the Food & Beverage department.
- Works directly with the Retail Manager to perform the annual Retail Inventory process.
- Assist audit functions to ensure accuracy and integrity of vendor deliveries and monthly department inventories as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must be at least 18 years of age.
- Proven ability to work well with others in a leadership role.
- Good written and verbal English language communication skills.
- Self-motivated and self-directed along with ability to solve problems and successful decision making.
- Ability to operate park & supplier/third party management software as required.
- Strong aptitude for working with numbers.
- Experience in collecting and analyzing data.
- Valid & current driver’s license required.
