What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

– Monitor station processes, flight progress, and update flight information as necessary
– Handle incoming calls and messages from airport agents, providing support and clarification on Frontier policy and procedures
– Anticipate and respond to special operational needs as required

– High school diploma or equivalent required
