About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; Experience leading cross-functional groups to develop and implement new capabilities, experience developing plans to achieve company / business unit strategies, and strong problem-solving skills are all required.
- advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of practical experience, including roles in strategic operations consulting, retail, supply chain, or other relevant industry experience.
- Experience with various types of analysis, such as financial analysis and modeling, process analysis, and statistical measurement analysis; Expertise in project management;
- Capability to break down problems into their fundamental parts, identify root causes, synthesize findings, and make informed decisions possesses the capacity to meet tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to influence and effectively communicate complex ideas verbally and in writing (including proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint); willingness to take chances; capacity to quickly learn; willingness to challenge the status quo; and willingness to work in ambiguous circumstances.
Depending on Target’s requirements, this position may be considered for a remote or hybrid work arrangement, which is referred to internally at Target as “Flex for Your Day.” A member of the team works full-time from home or another location that is not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location, and may travel to HQ up to four times per year under a remote work arrangement. With a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement, a team member’s core role can be carried out either onsite at a Target location or remotely, depending on the requirements of that day’s tasks, team, and role. Unless Target specifies otherwise, work duties cannot be performed outside of the country where the primary work location is located.
