Project Manager
We are seeking a highly-motived individual to join our fast-growing company. You will be responsible for handling our company’s on-going customer service issues. You will be working closely with your team members to ensure that customers are responded to quickly.
We are seeking an individual that is ready to join an excellent company with a proven track record in the education market. We continue to grow, and because of that we need someone who is skilled at managing installation projects at schools where we sell technology products.
We cover a 12 state area, but mainly work in middle America, including Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Iowa, Missouri and Illinois.
You would be responsible for talking with an interacting with our customers, and our team of salespeople. Your interface with our customers is very important.
This is a full-time position, with benefits, such as 401k, health insurance, and many others.
Hours are typically Monday to Friday, and can be carried out remotely.
Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities include:
- Take calls from customers regarding their orders and giving them updates.
- Take calls from our salespeople regarding orders and giving them updates. Make effective and intelligent decisions regarding projects and insuring customer satisfaction.
- Check with relevant vendors and other companies to determine the status of work.
- Use and continually develop strong customer service skills
- Calling customers and thanking them for their orders
- Sending thank you notes to customers.
- Follow up on past due Receivables accounts.
