Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for:

  • Process orders, inquiries, complaints, and general information via phone, email.
  • Handle failed EDI and E-Commerce orders and manage automation processes.
  • Coordinate between Supply Chain and sales teams.
  • Maintain SLAs and EMEA metrics.
  • Stay updated on product, system, and commercial knowledge.
  • Support sales and marketing initiatives and process customer returns.
  • Manage credit and debit notes, outbound automation campaigns, and customer visits.
  • Report on metrics and support system setup and testing for automation campaigns.
  • Handle product recalls and outbound calls.
  • Outbound calls to customers for support and assistance

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA – advantage
  • Experience in a customer service role.
  • Self-motivated team player.
  • Proactive problem solver and complaint handler.
  • Strong computer skills – Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – both in Hebrew and English
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to work and learn independently
