As a Customer Service Support Intern , use your high energy and social skills to partner with our customers in Healthcare division.  Along with customers, you will also interact with almost all facets of the company.  As a team, we strive to exceed our objectives to help drive greater customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

  • Manage customer support and their requests.
  • Cooperate and interact with different divisions / departments.
  • Complete a call on screen accurately while speaking with the customer.
  • Maintaining databases.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or related field.
  • Fluent / Native Spanish and good English proficiency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook)
  • Must possess solid problem solving & interpersonal skills.
  • Highly dependable team player
  • Possibility to sign an internship agreement with University
