What You’ll Do
As an Assistant Manager, supporting our Enterprise Document Services area, you will lead our daily business operations and coordinate staff and performance, while demonstrating an understanding of our internal and external customers’ needs along with enterprise and business unit strategies.

You’ll also:
- Assist in leading and handling the day-to-day operations of the department. Responsible for leading production, staff, workflow, partnering with managers on financials/forecasting activities, salary decisions, and providing input to purchasing and maintenance decisions.
- Lead all aspects of daily work and workflows to ensure services are timely, efficient, cost effective, and in alignment with department strategies. This includes driving behavior to keep service unit costs competitively positioned by handling and maintaining appropriate staffing levels. Leading involves employee mentoring, performance management, salary administration, and supporting training and development.
- Ownership and oversight of the department. Accountable and responsible for ensuring the service is in line with strategic, operational, and financial objectives.
- Support various other projects and initiatives.

Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree or 8 years equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years previous business/operations supervisory experience.
- Change management and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of document related processes, standards, and supporting equipment/software.
- Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, business insight skills.
- Ability to provide timely, courteous, and excellent service at an acceptable cost to all customers.

Salary Range InformationSalary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance.
