What your role is

As part of the Supply Chain team ,the Customer Service Intern will report to the Customer Service & Logistics Manager.

CUSTOMER SERVICE INTERN

Key Responsibilities

Support the Customer Service on the following activities:

  • Give support to sales team
  • Manage Order to Cash process for customers
  • Support Customer Service team with invoicing process
  • Internal management for customer claims
  • Process invoices from suppliers
  • Reporting point of sales data

What you will bring to the team

CUSTOMER SERVICE INTERN

Qualifications:

  • FP Administration ,management , etc
  • Good level of English
  • Proficiency in Spanish

Skills and Competencies:

  • Computer proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal and administrative skills
  • SAP knowledge
  • Very strong analytical skills, and execution focused.
  • Highly oriented to results.
