Job Summary:

FP&A Analyst – Remote

Raytheon Finance Business Process is seeking an Analyst, FP&A (P2). This is an exciting opportunity to broaden your network, work from a big picture view of the business, and enact positive change across all of Raytheon Finance. In this fast-paced role, you will be a part of team of analysts who streamline, improve, and automate critical business processes and reporting.

This high-visibility position offers the opportunity to work with modern business intelligence and analytics tools, while partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders from Digital Technologies, Accounting, Estimating & Pricing, Program Controls, and Functional Finance.

This position is currently designated as fully remote. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories).

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

FP&A Analyst – Remote

What You Will Do:

Support key business processes, including the quarterly EAC cycle.
Collaborate with stakeholders on major efforts such as reorganizations, divestitures, CAS harmonization, and more.
Collaborates with a team that delivers standardized reporting and dashboarding, as well as bridging critical process gaps with automation and technology.
Partner with SAP core teams, digital technology, and enterprise services groups to drive enhancements to business processes.

FP&A Analyst – Remote

Qualifications You Must Have:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Math, Business or a related field.
Typically requires 2+ years of prior relevant financial experience.
Experience with program controls, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or Accounting.
Experience with Microsoft Excel, including Power Query.
U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

Qualifications We Prefer:

Proven ability to influence, lead, and work cross-functionally to achieve results.
Effective communication skills to include ability to summarize, package, and present information to all levels of management.
Experience with forecasting techniques and Estimate at Completion (EAC).
Professional focus and experience with Continuous Improvement (CORE, Six Sigma, etc).
Experience with SAP, including Business Warehouse and business intelligence tools, such as PowerBI or Tableau.
Ability to meet critical deadlines while managing a diverse workload.
