We operate the brand name FOREX.com and we provide market access and trade execution services in foreign exchange (FX) and contracts for difference (CFDs) to retail and institutional investors.

Our team is currently expanding, and we are currently looking to hire a German speaking Relationship Manager for our offices in Nicosia. We are looking for a talented and a dynamic individual, who will be performance driven and committed to promote the interests of our clients. Someone who can be autonomous and familiar with the regulatory framework that we operate in. An exciting role to help develop and grow the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact with our clients offering top quality service
  • Assist potential clients with queries regarding registration
  • Assist clients with deposit and Withdrawal requests
  • Communicate with clients about market news and market commentary
  • Actively engage with new client leads and activate them as new clients
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Present company’s products in a professional and effective manner

Qualifications

  • Fluent in German and English. Additional language will be considered as an advantage
  • Experience within the Fintech industry is desirable but not mandatory
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Excellent negotiation and prsentation abilities
  • Customer support focused;
  • Previous experience in similar roles;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details
  • Experience in using Salesforce will be considered as an advantage
  • Be able to perform with confidence under pressure and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player and experienced in liaising with various departments
