Starbucks is seeking a reliable and dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team in  San Jose, California. As a part-time Associate Level role, this position will require a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong teamwork and presentation skills, as well as the ability to handle a fast-paced environment with ease.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all Starbucks customers, both in-person and over the phone
  • Assist customers with product information, recommendations, and orders
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently – Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient work environment

Requirements:
